About this site

Vampire Crawlers Guide is an independent reference for Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors (poncle, released 21 April 2026). It is not affiliated with poncle, and no page here is sponsored.

What this site is for

The game's numbers are scattered: some live in the official wiki, some only in Steam announcements, some only in achievement descriptions. This site pulls them into one place and, more importantly, says which ones are verified and which are not.

Where the data comes from

Most figures on this site trace to one of these, in order of preference:

Source What we take from it Example
poncle's official FAQ (poncle.games) Official length, price, cross-save and demo-save answers 20–30 hours; £8.99
Official wiki (vampire.survivors.wiki, Crawlers: pages) Card costs, gem tables, relic list, enemy HP, dungeon floors Drowner 4,000 HP / DrownerBelowElite 60,000
Steam announcements (app 3265700) Patch contents, dates, feature lists v1.5 on 23 June 2026; Death Parade v1.6.1 on 12 October 2026
Steam achievements API All 161 achievements and their global unlock rates Discover Mannajja, 10.7% of players
HowLongToBeat Playtime medians and sample sizes 17h12m median across 83 submissions
Press (Game Informer, IGN, Game Rant, TheGamer, RPG Site) Review scores and second-source confirmation Game Informer's 8/10

Where a source publishes an effect but not a number, the rarity of three Death Parade gems, for example, the page shows — or "not documented" rather than an estimate. That is deliberate: a guessed number is worse than a missing one.

How often it is checked

Pages are re-checked whenever poncle ships a patch, and the Updates & Roadmap page records what each patch changed. Every page also passes a build-time structural check: required metadata, table shape, internal anchors, and a fixed list of canonical counts (gems, relics, Arcana, evolutions, characters, dungeons). That check catches a wrong number, but it cannot catch every wrong sentence: a claim like "12 Arcana" inside a sentence only fails if it matches one of the checked patterns. Editorial review still does the rest. Gem totals are the one figure that has needed manual correction, which is why the split is spelled out on the gems page rather than left as a single number.

Corrections

If a number here is wrong, it is worth fixing. Two things help most:

  1. The source you're comparing against: a wiki revision, a patch note, or an in-game screenshot.
  2. The page and the exact claim.

Send both through the contact route below. Corrections that come with a source are applied in the next build; corrections without one are treated as a question, not a fact.

What this site does not do

  • No paid DLC content, no sponsored rankings. Build and tier pages reflect what the mechanics support, not what a sponsor wants.
  • No invented playthroughs. Where a page describes how something feels to play, that is stated as the writer's read of the mechanic: not a fabricated "I played 200 hours" anecdote.
  • No scraping of other guides. When we quote IGN, Game Informer or HowLongToBeat, they are cited and linked.

Open an issue on the site's repository: github.com/thedogb/vampire-crawlers-guide. It is the fastest route and it keeps the correction on the record.

For anything that is not a correction, partnership, press, or a data source we've missed, the same place works.
